Civilization III.

Good times.

So after I destroy my IslandMates, England and Germany, I uncover the map of the world. Some exploration, some map-sharing, and I know where everything is. In my travels I discover a continent occupied by Rome, Greece, and Egypt. I get excited, because this means it's only a matter of time before I can use them against each other. So Japan declares war on Egypt, and I figure that I should play my role as the world policeman and make EVERYONE kick Egypt's ass. So Greece and Rome push in from the East while I nail them from a small offshore city and Japan pushes in with ground troops from the west. We eradicate them, with the smaller towns in the east going to Rome and Greece, Memphis and a small offshore city being my spoils, and Thebes, the capital, going to Japan. Good? No. I'm pissed because I wanted this continent to myself. So immediately I check the histograph and airlift a few Tanks to Memphis, and cross the Greek border. I figure that I have to get a little bit in there. So far the Greek war is going well. I have regular airlifts that keep the troops flowing, so the continent is all but mine. The real issue will be when I want to conquer Hiawatha and the Iriquois, whether I can Airlift some infantry over there or if I'll have to bring them over on transports - I'm guessing the latter, but once I capture a couple cities, I'll just rush an airport in and have a good airbase.

My life, 6 days until C-Day.
