Today proceeded in an unlikely fashion.
I woke up late and played some Fallout. No surprise there. But then I got my AP Scores.
Unbelievably, I pulled off with two fives. Now, as any long-term reader will know, I've been shooting for a five and a four, at best. No way in hell could I get a five in AP US History, I said.
I wasn't even considering it as a possibility, and yet, wow.
In celebration, after some more fallout, I went for some pizza with my mom and Russ, followed by a little shopping, and some hanging out at Barnes and Noble (I got "The House Special Subcommittee's Findings at CTU", which sounds like an Andrew Miller book [no offense to the guy, but he's political like that] if you don't know what it's about). After that, we went back and I read up on a Fallout RPG, and had a few conversations. I watched another 24 episode (That's what the book is about) and checked a few forums briefly.
And I just can't fathom where the hours went. I mean, noon to five playing fallout, five to eleven out with russ, eleven to one watching 24... I lost a lot more time today than I'd intended to.
I'm going to stay up a half hour late and draw something, anything.
