Today I kinda thought about how much I hate to see people in a downward spiral. I mean, I'm pulling myself up from one, and it seems that Russ is, too. Yet, I keep seeing people who are also in one, whether or not they know it. The saddest are the ones who don't know it and think their lives are looking up, but reality has to hit them in the face sooner or later, and I fear that day.
