So, I woke up this morning particularly stumbly (It's like that in this room) and listened to Bandages several times today. Hot Hot Heat is indeed like crack.
Advisory and pre-advisory has become rather dull. I'm not too fond of my advisory, save Matt, and many of my friends are either absent or are atrium kids.
So, colloquium was particularly rewarding. We finished the song we've been working on for four weeks (I rounded it out with some Rapper's Delight and Bawitdaba). After it was recorded, and Andy was seeing if the cello part was over, I took the mic. When he reached for stop, I said "dammit" as fast as I could, so if you hear my song, at schfiftyfive, there's rapping, 125, there's a small dammit. Then at 130, Andy and I improvised. He was playing trombone and I was screaming something that went a little like this.
"Dammit. Dammit. Dammit! Dammit! DAMMIT! GODDAMMIT! GODDAMN, DAMMIT! DAMMIT! CR-(laughter)! DAMMIT! DAMMIT! CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP DAMN DAMN CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP DAMN DAMN LIKE A BEAVER DAMMIT DAMMIT CRAP CRAP CRAP THIS SUCKS DAMN DAMN DAMMIT DAMMIT THIS SUCKS SO MUCH DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT BEAVER."
So, after that, Me, Andy and Mark improvised - Andy on Trombone, Mark on Bass, and me quoting popsongs and making shit up. And then me leaving for upstairs. And then me losing horribly at Melee (although, "I" almost won when I handed the controller to Russ to play for me, the guy getting pissed that I'd gotten so much better. Hilarity.)
I went to Keil to get an oil change, came home, and watched schfiftyfive.
