The issue at hand is that as it first ends, you have the sense of the world is your oyster, and you can take anything out of it that you prefer. Your self-esteem is on a high, only to be ritualistically crushed because of faux hopes and excuses.

So that confidence? Not real, but as it ends, you keep being reassured, which only makes it come down harder.
