I hate that you speak in such epic terms, that everything is poetry. Poetry's been done, and the feel of it isn't any longer natural. You try, I can see it. When you say something, you want it to sound insightful, as if you had something to say, as if someone will look at what you've said, and say, "Damn, she's good." It doesn't work that way, serious. When you say it like that, it's trite shit.

Here's the problem I have with quotes. They're either ironic - which isn't funny - or have that epic insightfulness that isn't really insightful. Maybe it's clever in terms of your favorite video game, but right now? No, it's not. Maybe it's clever and insightful, but that just makes me want to punch you in the nuts.
